LENOIR, N.C. – The Western North Carolina Sculpture Park, located in the Patterson area of Caldwell County, is holding it’s first fundraiser on Saturday, March 28, 2026 from 3 to 6 p.m. It will be held at 1016 Harper Avenue in Lenoir.
According to an email from the organization, “Our first annual fundraiser will include a silent auction of one-of-a-kind artworks donated by artists from across the U.S. The Neighbors will be playing old-timey bluegrass, and heavy hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be served.”
They add, “Funds will be used to enhance Educational Programming, introduce ceramics into our studio, and improve overall studio operations.”
Ticket prices are $75 for an individual or $125 for a couple. You can learn more about the event here.
According to the Sculpture Center’s website, the Western North Carolina Sculpture Center exists to inspire the creation and appreciation of sculpture in the landscape of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
It’s Vision states, “We are a place where art dwells.” It is dedicated to:

● inspire wonder by interacting with art in nature.
● cultivate a supportive environment for sculptors and sculpture.
● encourage community engagement in the creative process.
