Casting our ballot is how we fire elected officials who failed us and hire new people. From October 15th to October 20th, we’re coming together to set an early voting record in the High Country and ensure that every legal vote is protected and counted. Let’s do this with power and purpose, in solidarity and celebration. Let’s create a safe voting space for those who have been targeted to come join us and vote surrounded by the fierce love of their neighbors who believe no one should be intimidated out of voting.

To foster that atmosphere, we ask that you bring positive signs showing what you are voting for. Here are some examples.

All vote early events are non-partisan and peaceful.  All voters are welcome. Please look for safety marshals if you have questions and need assistance. Do not bring weapons of any kind to any event. Bring love, joy, kindness and your ID to vote to voterfest marches to the polls.

IMPORTANT: IDs that will be accepted for voting include a NC drivers license, your U.S. passport, a printed App State ID or a military ID. Please note, the digital version of the App State ID card will not be accepted, you must have a printed version. Students, faculty and staff may apply for a printed version by sending an email any time to: appcardoffice@appstate.edu and asking for a voter ID. You may also visit the AppCard office on the second floor of the campus bookstore and request a voter ID in person.

We can’t wait to see everyone at our Vote Early events in the High Country!  If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to email us at IndivisibleHighCountry@gmail.com.
